This winter, The Brigid Alliance is proud to welcome Louise Marchena as our new Director of Client Services. Louise brings decades of experience working within communities to drive social justice. Here is more about Louise.
Louise Marchena is an accomplished social impact leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing mental health, public health, and social justice initiatives, especially in communities of color. Most recently, she served as Chief of Program Strategy & Operations at Equal Justice USA, a national organization working to transform the justice system by promoting responses to violence that break cycles of trauma. In this role, Louise built, mentored, and inspired a team of change-makers, fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and learning.
